About The Founder

Maria-Gabriele is a multilingual German-born Maltese citizen. She has lived most of her life in countries with cultures that greatly differed from her own. She now looks back a wealth of more than 30 years of practical experience of working with companies and individuals from Japan, China, South America, the Middle East, West Africa and Eastern European countries.  The impact of her lived experience between cultures people and societies combined with her academic formation helped her to gain a deep understanding of issues related to inter-racial and intercultural relations and of today’s needs to foster social cohesion.

Professional Credentials:

Maria-Gabriele is a certified and warranted Counsellor with a focus on multinational and multi-ethnic communities with a background in psychology (B.Psy.Hons. Melit.) She holds a summa cum laude dual master’s degree in Transcultural Counselling (University of Malta) and Counselling Psychology, Community Counselling and Counselling Education (University of Maryland)  which she also concluded with honors with 3. 75 GPA.  She specialized in issues pertaining to social and cultural adjustment at the workplace and in society. In aid of social change and the development of new professional competitive advantage, she is offering custom-designed cutting-edge training modules for enhancement of community cohesion and internationalization of the local corporate sector.
