Delivered a 90-minute evidence-informed interactive workshop introducing the Two-Factor Concept of Intergenerational Management, an original framework developed by Maria-Gabriele Doublesin to distinguish between static organisational assumptions and dynamic socio-economic realities influencing intergenerational collaboration. The workshop combined organisational psychology, intercultural intelligence and leadership practice to support HR professionals and organisational leaders in building inclusive, psychologically safe and future-ready workplaces.
