Adequate attention to each participant

All our training programmes and interactive workshops are specifically designed according to the requirements of our clients. The structure of our Intercultural Training programmes is built on four interconnected blocks of two-hour sessions which can be held online or in person. As our trainings are not held in a classroom style mode but in an interactive working session mode we keep the number of participants per training session limited to 15 to guarantee a successful outcome and to make sure to provide adequate attention to the participant’s training needs.

When training large companies or institutions participants will be divided into groups and the training blocks will be repeated. The same holds for our brief interactive workshops. These can also be held either online or on-site and consist of one or two hour interactive working sessions.

The budget includes the following costs:

  • time spent on the design
  • time for the delivery of the training/workshop
  • time spent on the production of training materials
  • costs of printing of training materials/handouts

Rate for design and delivery of a training excluding material costs € 150.00 / hour

Cultural Sensitivity Training for Customer-Facing Roles:

8-hour training for better interactions with international clients.

Rates: Pricing depends on the training program’s development costs and total participant count.

Intercultural Communication Workshops:

A series of 2-hour workshops to enhance communication skills across and between cultures.
