Facilitator Trainer Track

General Facilitator Training Track

Cultural intelligence meets continuous improvement.

Our Facilitator Training programme supports professionals who want to confidently guide intercultural learning within their organisations. It combines proven frameworks, practical facilitation skills, and reflective practice, enabling participants to translate insight into action.

The programme is designed for those who already work with people and teams and want to strengthen their ability to facilitate learning conversations around culture, inclusion, and ways of working.

To respect busy professional schedules and support effective learning, the programme is structured into short, focused sessions spread over a limited period.

  • Duration: 4 weeks
  • Live sessions: 8 sessions (2 per week)
  • Session length: 60 minutes per session
  • Delivery mode: Live online (Zoom)

This pacing allows participants to engage deeply with the content, reflect between sessions, and apply learning directly in their own organisational context.

Each session combines:

  • Facilitated input grounded in intercultural practice
  • Group dialogue and shared reflection
  • Practical facilitation tools and methods
  • Space to connect learning to real organisational challenges

Between sessions, participants are encouraged to observe, test, and reflect on how cultural patterns show up in their work, bringing insights back into the learning space.

The online format intentionally mirrors the environments in which many facilitators now operate, modelling good practice in live virtual facilitation.

By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:

  • Design and deliver intercultural learning sessions with confidence
  • Facilitate conversations around cultural difference, inclusion, and power dynamics
  • Use structured frameworks to support reflection and behavioural change
  • Adapt content and facilitation style to different organisational contexts
  • Draw on intercultural tools and resources to strengthen their facilitation practice

Participants receive a certificate of completion upon successful participation.

This programme is suitable for:

  • Internal trainers and facilitators
  • HR, L&D, and organisational development professionals
  • Coaches and consultants

These pathways build on the Facilitator Training foundation and focus on specific organisational applications.

Intercultural Lean Management – Trainer Track

Cultural intelligence meets continuous improvement.

Originally designed for manufacturing and logistics environments, this trainer certification now serves a wider, cross-sectoral audience: facilitators, coaches, and consultants working across industries where Lean, Agile, or systems thinking are applied—from healthcare, finance, and tech to hospitality, gaming, and public services.

This program offers a deep integration of intercultural theory into Lean’s foundational components, empowering trainers to identify and resolve the hidden cultural and generational blockers that disrupt flow, waste reduction, and improvement cycles.

You’ll learn to apply Lean principles like Muda (waste reduction), Kaizen (continuous improvement), PDCA cycles, flow optimisation, pull systems, standardization, and JIT production through a culture- and inclusion-aware lens.

Key focus areas include:

  • The Cultural Dimension of Muda: How different cultures perceive waste, inefficiency, and time
  • Kaizen Across Contexts: How values like hierarchy, directness, or collectivism shape improvement efforts
  • Respect for People: Grounding inclusion as a core Lean principle, not a bolt-on
  • Flow Optimisation across age, ability, neurodiversity, and cultural norms
  • Pull Systems and Just-in-Time practices adapted to intercultural team dynamics
  • Standardization vs. Local Adaptation: balancing global alignment with local responsiveness

This program is for you if you’re a:

  • Corporate trainer or facilitator applying Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma
  • Intercultural consultant or DEI coach working with process-heavy teams
  • HR or OD professional embedding inclusion into systemic transformation
  • Change or operations leader bridging global, generational, or diverse teams
  • Efficiency losses due to hidden cultural mismatches in systems
  • Continuous improvement initiatives that stall due to value clashes or generational friction
  • Lean implementations that overlook people-first design and inclusion
  • Difficulty standardizing processes across regions or demographics
  • Change fatigue from initiatives perceived as top-down or culturally tone-deaf

While traditional Lean training focuses on tools and metrics, this program teaches trainers to decode and rewire the cultural assumptions embedded within those tools. You’ll be equipped to facilitate Lean transformation with cultural precision—turning abstract principles into practical, inclusive, context-sensitive strategies.

No other trainer certification offers this unique synthesis of Lean methodology, intercultural systems thinking, and DEI integration.

  • A clear framework to embed cultural intelligence into every Lean principle
  • Tools to adapt Lean for multicultural, multigenerational, or ability-diverse teams
  • Facilitation resources, slides, and audit tools to train others effectively
  • Confidence to consult or coach across sectors with credibility and impact
  • No other trainer certification offers this unique synthesis of Lean methodology, intercultural systems thinking, and DEI integration.

Cost:   €3,800 (excl. VAT)

Includes:

  • Programme development and preparation
  • Live online training sessions
  • Trainer-track facilitation resources
  • OPE-360 interpretation guidance
  • Structured tools for organisational application
  • Certificate of completion

Cultural Auditor Training

Turn invisible culture into measurable insight.

Gain tools to assess and map cultural dynamics, power patterns, and inclusion gaps, laying the groundwork for evidence-based culture transformation.

Whether you’re scaling internal training, enhancing your consulting practice, or leading your team through inclusive change, our Train-the-Trainer pathway equips you with the knowledge, credibility, and tools to drive lasting impact.

This advanced track trains you to conduct deep-dive cultural assessments that expose the hidden drivers of gaps, power patterns, and resistance to change—so you can facilitate real, lasting transformation.

Experienced DEI consultants, executive coaches, OD professionals, and internal change agents who want to elevate their practice with cultural diagnostics.

  • Lack of actionable data to drive inclusive change
  • Blind spots in leadership or organizational design
  • Superficial assessments that miss deeper cultural dynamics

Most culture audits focus on static data or top-down metrics. This program equips you with a human-centered, systemic audit process that captures how culture is actually experienced on the ground. You’ll walk away with tools that combine consulting-grade insight with trainer-level empathy, setting you apart in a crowded field.

Cost:   €3,600 (excl. VAT)

Includes:

  • Programme development and preparation
